Your New Role: As an Assistant Site Manager, you'll be at the core of operations, supporting the Site Manager in driving sales performance and maintaining a customer-focused environment. You'll work closely with the Site Manager on figures and business performance while providing proactive coverage when needed.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Partnering with the Site Manager to drive sales performance and achieve key site targets through strong operational execution.
• Supporting your team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service across every shift and interaction.
• Building a safety-first culture where hazards are identified and managed, incidents are reported promptly and team wellbeing remains a priority.
• Maintaining site presentation standards ensuring the location is clean, well-stocked and compliant with retail requirements.
• Providing proactive coverage and support during the Site Manager's days off.
• Overseeing stock management, cash handling, fuel deliveries and site security with accuracy and accountability.

What You'll Bring:

• Demonstrated retail or hospitality experience with fuel industry exposure advantageous but not required.
• Strong operational capability with the ability to support and motivate high-performing teams.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with confidence in decision-making and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Competent computer skills with understanding of retail systems, reporting and sales analysis.
• Commitment to safety, compliance and maintaining high standards in all situations.
